Look, this is stuffed tomatoes. Original? Well, I pinched a few ideas from Leith, but this is C20 at the earliest.

Recipe

Cut off the top of each tomato, remove and reserve the insides.
Chop up the tomato insides, the spring onions, and the herbs. Mix with the cheese. Taste. Add more
herbs (probably). Ask the servitors/scullions what they think. Retrieve mixture while there's still some left.
Stuff tomatos with cheese mixture.
Garnish with parsley.
