Honey & mustard sauce

If one adds to mustard that is parting so much honey, as is mustard, and mix it with good vinegar, then one will keep it good for six weeks (or: "for a good six weeks")

Test: equal volumes of runny honey, whole-grain mustard, and malt vinegar. Went well with the chicken kebabs.
